Positioning of Case Pulse in Cosmos

Users ask if we can make Pulse always visible in a case context instead of below the work area where it may fall off the screen. Is there a way for Pulse to be presented as a "floating" frame?

Even though this use case isn't currently part of the Cosmos design system, it is very interesting and I'd like to hear more, especially about the case type and how end users are using Pulse.
