Cosmos summary tab selection is not in sync with right section on case refresh

on Case Actions refresh, the browser displaying the first tab section which is good, but summary tab is still highlighting previous selected item.

1. configure more than one tab in the pycasemaininner section.

2. launch the case, select the last tab , do case refresh from actions dropdown.

Pega displaying the first tab's section which is right but summary tab still highlighting the last tab.

Anyone facing the issue?  Any solution for this?
