I have one scenario and wondering how this can be possible in Cosmos.
we have Data input stage (kind of screen flow) where users fills the data and can save or submit the task to the next level.
when the users saves the data and opens the case again from the portal, Users see the review screen with summary tabs and can review the data and when user clicks "Go" in the TO Do, user should launch into the task and hiding the summary tabs.
since, I believe Cosmos is leveraging the Ajax containers to open the Task in the Perform screen in a ajax container, wondering how this can be achievable to hide the summary tabs during the screen flow perform mode. @RichardMarsot
in the todo list, you can easy add a 'runscript' action and call the function pega.desktop.infinity.toggleSummaryPanel();
Note that there is no function to hide / show - the only provided function is to toggle. To detect if the summary panel is already collapsed, you will need to wrap up the api into another JS api that will test if isCollapsed is not null.
var isCollapsed = document.querySelector('.summary-collapsed');
if you are using Pega 8.5 or lower with Theme-Cosmos 2.0 or 1.0 - there is no OOB support for collapsing the summary panel. You will need to implement the functionality in your app layer - this is not a simple functionality to add. I recommend definitely to upgrade to 8.6 and Theme-Cosmos 3.0.
Here is a document that provides info on how to migrate to Theme-Cosmos 3.0 in 8.6
