Hiding Button in Review Harness in Cosmos

I have a requirement where I'd like to only display a button when a case is in the perform harness. I'd like it to be hidden when viewing a case in the review harness.

 

Is there a when rule in Cosmos that I can use to determine what harness type is being used to display a case?

 

I found a related post but it has no replies currently as of Oct. 26 2021.
