Planing to update pega 7.1.7 to higher version

Hi all,

Our application is on 7.1.7 and we are planing to update from 7.1.7 to higher version. could you please clarify on the below points.

1. Could you please provide the list of steps which we need to follow for the update?

2. Could you please let us know to which version we can update?
