PLA log repot display issue

We are able to upload the pega log files into PLA, but we are not able to fetch the logs report from PLA

Below is the error screen print.

Are you able to access the directory 'C:\Windows\Temp' on your machine ?

(Is PLA trying to write a temporary file to a directory that perhaps doesn't exist - or has restrictive permissions ?)
