Display issue with application skin

Hello Everyone,

I'm facing an issue with my designer studio when I try to open application skin.After logging into Designer Studio when I try to open skin I'm not able to see the application skin for some applications.Below is the screenshot of distorted UI.

It seems like some of the scripts is not getting loaded. Are you facing this issue across browsers? Also, are you getting some exception in the Console tab in Developers tools? And is the issue only happening for App Skin?
