PegaCHAT UX changes
We just had a demo of PegaCHAT with the client UX team and they came up with few questions around it.
I understand that most of this thing is not supported with the current version of PegaCHAT, however would like to understand if we have a work around or solution, I am providing some high level requirements around it:
- Location – the Chat window is locked and always located in the bottom right hand corner of the client browser screen. Can this move?
- Design – Can this be configured to match with the Front End website design i.e. font, colour scheme, background, screen layout etc.?
- The Client cannot see when the agent is typing – can this be modified?
- Can we configure disclaimers and automated messages for the client?
- Can we adjust the size of the pop up Chat box?
