PegaChat features

Hi,

We are analyzing on PegaChat feature to incorporate in our V7.1.9 (CSHC 7.1.3) environment and we started brain storming in this context. We don't have any plans to upgrade to V7.2.x at this point. Keeping on the current situation, what can be done to have chat feature in our application? Also, if any list of chat features comparison b/w V7.1.9 & V7.2.2 then that would be a great help for us to explore more.
