Pega Upgrade estimator tool issue

We are upgrading from Pega 7.1.9 to 8.5(On-Premise to On-Premise | App server - Web logic Proprietary information hidden | DB - Oracle Proprietary information hidden | From Pega 7.1.9 to Pega 8.5).

While trying to use the upgrade estimator tool we are facing an issue. After selecting all the required fields and click on Calculate Efforts button, its showing the application scanning progress. But its not progressing at all. Its stuck at 0%. Tried refreshing and relogin but no changes. We have also tried with different user but still its showing the 0%. Please find the attached screenshot. Any suggestions/ advice would be appreciated.
