As part of upgrade activity for a client, we are trying to upgrade the platform from Verision 7.1.6 to 7.2.1. As part of this activity a parallel environment was setup for current application (schema copy of rules and data schema), using update media file, Rules upgrade, DB object creation and Data only upgrade was run for the application. All these steps were successful, we got success message at the end of each of these steps. The Pega ear has been deployed on the application server and when we launch the Pega URL, we are getting the login screen, however when we provide user name and password, it is redirecting to login screen again. We are using [email protected] to try and login, and still get same issue. We are already working with Pega GCS, wanted to know if someone here has faced this issue before and is aware of any possible solutions.
