Pega Rule Referencing Tool for Pega 7.x download issue

hi 

the link https://community.pega.com/marketplace/components/pega-rule-referencing-tool to download Pega Rule Referencing Tool for Pega 7.x  doesn't work and directed me to here:
error downloading referencing tool

where else can i download it?

@GigiC673  We will fix this problem. Now you can use a workaround. Inspect element (F12) and please remove double .zip at the end of the code. Then you will be able to download Pega Rule Referencing Tool correctly.
