Pega Rule References Tool not showing all the referencing rules

Hi,

I tried viewing the referencing rules using the Pega Rule References tool on version 8.3.1 (Firefox and Chrome Browser clients). I am able to see the few when rules which are using the referenced property but not the complete list. Some when rules are missing from the list.

Next, when I tried to open the missing when rule manually and tried to view the References, surprisingly the Referenced Rules tab was also blank. May be because of this reason only the when rule was missing from the initial list. What could be the possible reasons for the same and what should be done to resolve this issue.
