Referencing Rules Tool in 8.3 is not working in new session
I installed Pega8.3 in my Application using 'manage components'. Its working fine in IE, but in Chrome its not working when i log off the session. There is no error. it just do nothing. can some one help on this?

Is it also regardless of your OperatorID? I mean do you have the same unexpected behaviour with an Out-Of-The-Box user?
