Pega rollback 8.4

using pega prpc utils 8.4 properties we are not able to rollback the previous version changes but we are able to create the restore point

note: using pega 8.4 utils we are able to create the restore point and we are able to import the product using the restore point lable we not able to rollback the previous changes while run the rollback pipeline using restore point api we are getting 500 error but server is available.

I can see you have posted the query a week ago. Is the issue still persist?

If the rollback option did not work, In the worst case, you can restore the backed up DB from archives and deploy the application will solve your issue.
