Pega Marketing Upgrade question- How to Rollback
Our implementation application was using pega marketing framework which is in version 7.13 and we started with upgrade process to upgrade to the version Pega marketing 7.31.
We referred the attached upgrade document and found there were no steps mentioned that we should upgrade it pega marketing 7.22 version first post which need to upgrade to pega marketing 7.31.
I could see pega marketing 7.31 marketing upgrade guide updated later also on march 25 in which its been mentioned that we should upgrade to 7.22 first.
Now, the problem is that we proceeded with pega marketing 7.31 upgrade directly and imported 7.31 application bundles.
Kindly advise how do I roll back them?

You can check if there were no changes made to Pega rules and Data schema then you can rollback only ExternalMKTData. Else safest would be to go to the initial point with Pega 7.19 and Marketing 7.1.3. From here start upgrading

We have taken the entire DB backup both for pega platform 7.1.9 and pega marketing 7.13.
Is there any way that we can roll back only pega marketing DB changes alone?
Restoring ExternalMKTData alone will be possible\Good idea? else we will have spend some more time for upgrading pega 7.19 .

Hello,
After restoring DB,we upgrade pega 7.3.1. we tried opening marketing rules(7.13) which was not opening(error- Rule no longer exist)
Please advise if it is expected behavior(pega 7.31 is compatible with pega marketing 7.13?)
If it is compatible ,please advise why marketing rules(offers,db templates) are not opening
