How to rollback a 8.1 patch upgrade

We are planning to upgrade our 8.1.3 version to 8.1.6 version using the patch upgrade version document https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/patching-on-premises-deployments. This document says if we do out-of-place upgrade, it can be reversed or rolled back. However, the document does not have the steps on how to rollback. Can someone point out to some documentation on how to roll back the patch upgrades?
