Pega Robotic Automation

Please let me know how this robotic automation is going to help user, developer and enterprise. Like in CRM end user need to take call from customer, in this scenario which steps can be handled by robotic automation. I need small bullet points and benefit synopsis so that we can talk to client and introduce this new feature.
