Pega Robotic Automation & Pega 7

Hi Jeff,

Congratulations on the announcement that Pega Robotic Automation is fully unified within Pega 7 and Pega applications.  What versions of Pega or Pega Applications are currently supported?  I have Pega 7.2.1 but I do not see the new features in Designer Studio (flow actions, relevant records, pegarobotics/runtime/DesktopRoboticsURL dynamic system setting ect...).

Is Pega Customer Service needed?  If so, are those features in Pega Customer Service 7.2.1?

Hi David,

The minimum requirements for building a robotic automation are:

·        Pega 7.2.1 and Pega Support SE-28846 

·        Pega Robotics Studio 8.0
