We are trying to leverage OOTB Pega Pulse feature in one of our applications. As per the latest support articles we need to use rules from Pega-Social ruleset with which the emails are not being sent. Also, user names are not being fetched when we type @ followed by operator IDs. We are on 7.3 version.

When we use rules from Pega-Gadgets ruleset, all these features are working. Does anyone used Pega pulse feature from 7.3 version?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

P.S: We have configured all the prerequisites like Email Accounts and Service Package creation.
