Agile Pulse posts not sending emails to users correctly
When we use Pulse (Agile Studio) and a user is tagged, it does not send out an email to the user that wa tagged. It also does not notify the original user of responses or updates. Overall, no notifications are being sent to any user tagged or posting within any Pulse discussion thread. What may be causing this and how can I correct this?
I have checked notificaiton settings, email addresses, and user information.

So I have set up emails. During the connectivity test, everything shows successful. But when in Agile and using Pulse within Agile, emails are not being sent to update users, when users are tagged in a discussion thread on Pulse, or with work updates.

Still trying to figure this out. I have several email accounts assigned for notifications. The PulseNotifications is still not working.
