Copied this from a pdn post: Pega Marketing/Paid Media Manager does not post Facebook Ads but it generates and place individuals into audience that align with NBA-strategy results. The audiences are then targeted by ad campaigns on various platforms. ---> Is it a limitation of pega PMM or Facebook? Can't we directly send the treatments to Facebook accounts instead of pushing to Facebook audience?
That means there will not be action flows and we just trigger strategies to push the ads to FB audience. We are not able leverage marketing components for paid channels. Let me know if my understanding is correct. Thanks in advance.
