Paid Media Manager Designer Throwing error
We are trying to connect to facebook through paid media manager. When we try to configure the paid media manager designer in marketing portal we are always getting below 2 errors when we put the outbound schedule and Run/Save it:
1. The backing campaign could not be run . Please review the OB schedule and run again.
2. Could not acquire lock on the backing campaign, please refresh and try again.

Hi,
Could you please check the Campaign for this Issue/Group? Find the instances of PegaMKT-Work-Program class and Open the Campaign specific to this combination. Then perform Actions->Fix Correspondence->Reject Correspondence. And then retry.

Hi,
we have now been able to run the campaign but the Paid Media Audience has not been created successfully. We also got an error in the PMM batch data flow. Moreover we are not able to suspend the campaign run or update the campaign configuration. We don't get any error when trying to do it but no action happens.

The error reveals that the issue is with Segment rule. Can you please try running the segment rule? NBA didn't result in any Offers to batch tables. So there is nothing to process for Paid Media data flow.
You can use campaign options to reschedule.

After reviewing the document sent by Suman in other mail thread, it does not look like the issue is with Segment. The data flow for Paid media outbound with paid strategy is failing.
Could you please check if you can run outbound without Paid strategy?
Also could you please share the screenshot with complete Paid media configuration.
I would also recommend you to apply HFix-40548 and HFix-41027.

HI,
please find attached the PMM configuration screenshots. Both the hotfixes are already installed in our environment.
I tried also to remove the Paid strategy, the campaign run successfully but the outbound data flow is still failing with the same error.

Hi,
As per error log (with Strategy) the data flow generation is failing for Strategy component. It's strange if the same error is logged even without strategy.
Could you please share D_NBAConfig clipboard page for your configuration? I would like to check D_MKT_NBAConfig->UseComponent->PaidMediaConfigs(1) page details.
What is your customer class?
