Posting Facebook Ad using Paid Media Manager
I am trying to post an Facebook Ad using Paid Media Manager.
1. Is there any document / video on the steps to be followed in Paid media manager.
2. Is there any help guide . I am using Pega 7.3.1. I found this user guide (https://community.pega.com/system/files/pdfs/pega-marketing-731-user-guide_7.pdf) ,Do we have any other support doc which has additional info about Paid media manager.
3. As a first step I am trying to configure Facebook Ad Destination. What values should we give for Destination Name, Account ID , App token

Unfortunately we do not have much documentation in 7.31 but added more info in later releases.
Destination name-> Unique name for Facebook destinations ex:MyFirstFBAccount
Account ID-> ID of the facebook ad account (from Facebook)
App Token->Token generated for the account associated with your facebook app

Just to clarify Pega Marketing/Paid Media Manager does not post Facebook Ads. We generate and place individuals in audiences that align with NBA-strategy results. The audiences are then targeted by ad campaigns on various platforms. Here is information on generating a Facebook App to use with the Facebook Marketing API: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/business-sdk/getting-started/. You should. also become familiar with access levels and rate limits that apply to the Facebook API: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/access.

2. In my case how it is targeted for Facebook Platform?. Does the Platform here refers to Facebook Business Manager.?

Paid audiences consist of individuals who have had the corresponding Next-Best-Action offer decision made (e.g. Sales - Handsets - Pixel3). This can be in response to a real-time container or scheduled run.
Optionally the Paid Audience can be more specific based on customer-level data such as offer propensity using a Paid Media Strategy (e.g. Sales - HandSets - Pixel3 - High CPM). For Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads we leverage CRM matching APIs to target individuals.
These audiences can then be targeted with the appropriate ad campaigns on these platforms. Optionally we can partially generate the ad campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads and associate the appropriate audience. However, someone on the advertising operations team still needs to finish the ad set configuration (ad creative, bidding , budget, etc.).
