Pega Mobile offline app background sync
We have a pega Mobile offline enabled app. Our observation is that the app syncs data with the server only if it’s running in the foreground. If a case officer returns from a remote location where there is no network access when he/she worked on the case, is it mandatory that they have to open the app when back at the desk to sync the data? Have any one configured settings on the device/app so that it can sync automatically when network is available and the app is running in the background?
