What are common reasons why Pega offline App will not initially sync?
Our mobile app using Pega Preview works just fine if we do not use offline support. Wants a portion of the application to be offline, but as soon as we selected Enable offline support, hit save, and reload the app on Pega Preview it starts to fail. Initially it just crashes the app, then after a day it attempts to sync and will not complete its sync.
We have combed through tracer and addressed any errors that were throwing exceptions.
What are the common causes for this?

@KevinH87 There might be many potential reasons, but the most common one is the application not following all the Offline guidelines defined in https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/mobile/86/working-offline-enabled-mobile-apps and related articles. To learn what is the actual issue in this case, it is crucial to read client logs.

@Radosław Nowak Does the entire application need to be offline compliant for it to sync? I thought only the parts of the application that we want to function offline should be mobile compliant.

@KevinH87Whole application needs to be compliant except for online-only cases and online-only harnesses / pages, as explained in https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/mobile/86/enabling-online-only-features-offline-mode.
