Communication between Pega Mobile App to Android Native App
Hi, We are building an offline capability Pega Mobile App, our requirement is to integrate with the third-party android module to pass input and get output data and map back to Pega UI (all this has to happen in offline).
I see Pega provide Custom Modules to handle this type of requirement from this article (https://support.pega.com/discussion/authoring-android-custom-modules-pega-mobile-client).
We have the below questions on Custom Modules.
- Do Custom Modules work in offline mode for the above requirement?
- Can Custom Module communicate to a third-party android app and map response back to Pega UI?

Yes, I have gone through PIMC documentation at a high level and didn't find anything from OOTB apis for this requirement.
but I have not gone through PMC documentation (heard this is deprecated/No More Supported) in 8.x Versions

@SSrinivas the SME's have informed me that the solution you are building is custom and requires prototyping and likely multiple attempts. There is no OOTB method of doing this.

I do believe, however, that as this is a 'How to' question that you will be pointed back to the PSC forum as what you are encountering is not a product problem. This is outlined by the 'When to engage with Support teams' document.
Therefore if there is no further input from the community members your best course of action would be to enlist the help of the Pega Consulting team.
