Offline mobile app settings

Hi all, we are trying to build a mobile app to work offline. We already enabled "offline mode" and edit the "dynamic view" to work offline.
When we run the application in offline mode, it doesn't work. Probably we don't know how to set some parameters. Does anybody already built a mobile app that work without server connection?

Julia,

Can you try to connect to the server from this mobile phone using a mobile web browser? Does the login screen appear as expected then?
