Pega Chat - How to change the default icon
We are using Pega CS 24.1 and have implemented the Digital Messaging channel to embed chat on our customer website. The integration has been completed after generating and sharing the installation script with the portal development team.
We now need to change the default chat icon but haven't found a configuration option to do this. After reviewing files like widget.js, we couldn't locate the asset responsible for the icon.
We believe the chat icon might be controlled through CSS in the Pega Digital Messaging widget, but we would like to know the correct method to update it. Can you provide guidance on how to make this change?

@RameshSangili Thank you Ramesh. We have seen this article and implementation guide, from this configuration we can change only the company logo that gets displayed in the chat header.
We are looking for an option to change the chat widget icon i.e. widget launcher button.
One option we could see here is to select the option " Remove default widget launcher" and then and display your own chat launcher .
We are exploring other options and also trying to get a sample code to launch chat widget.
