Pega Chat bot Development

How to display User Name on Pega chat bot from the pega platform on which the chat bot is built. In a clear description when a user starts the chat bot, it should greet him/her with a message like "Hi Username".

The chat bot should retrieve the username from the pega platfrom or website/page on which its built / based.

Go to the chat-bot which is there in the channels and interfaces where you can see the welcome message in the behaviour tab. You can customise the welcome message to add the operator name.

 

Pega chat completely built on mashup. Please go through mashup functions to get the username from website.
