PEGA Call - Long polling of an external CTI
Hi guys,
I'm having some troubles to set a long polling mode for an external CTI (Eloquant). So far, I based my code on Pega_cti_desktopApi_Finesse, but in this example I can't find how the regular calls are made.

I'm not sure what a "regular call" is but with respect to Finesse:
* Finesse uses REST for requests (agent/call control operations)
* Finesse uses BOSH for events
With respect to Eloquant :
* What type of request API does it use ?
* How does one subscribe for events ?

Yes, I've already reviewed this post Keith.
@fergb : Eloquant uses REST request. To subscribe for events, we created a long polling function, making a rest call to the getMyState function of Eloquant, every second.
Also, I do not correctly understand the functionnement of the SS_Request function in Finess.

After more investigation, I'm stucked at the level where Finess uses Strophe to create the XMPP connection. I want to follow the most possible this code architecture but at this point I don't know how to integrate a custom long polling method or if I can use an equivalent to Strophe. Any tips would be appreciable :-)
