Hi Team We are connecting to Avaya AACC from PEGA and we are on development stage at the moment. We would like to perform Load test to ensure if the platform is able to handle 100s of calls on a given time. We want to know how can we mimic 100 calls on simulation basis .Or if there are other suggestions from your end happy to know them as well. Looking forward for your support.
