In Pega 8.3.1 , Cannot Create Case because Not allowed to create rules starting with py
I am working on a Pega 8.3.1 instance and I am reciving the following errors when trying to
create a case. Any idea on how to fix this, is it a security issue?

Hi Jay,
This behaviour could be an issue due to missing rules in pr4_rule_vw table but not present in corresponding pr4_rule_xx tables. Can you refer to internal SA-95049 item.
I saw the exact error on 8.2.2 but for another rule pyStartCase(flow rule).

@STEWJ Check your inheritance path. You should have such rule created by Pega in Pega- ruleset somewhere down in the inheritance to be able to overwrite it.
