KAFKA with Avro support in Pega 8.3.1

Hi,

 

I am looking for the the supporting guide  / any implementation guide which is explaining the Kafka integration with Avro format in Pega 8.3.1.

Thanks for the reply. I followed the approach that is mentioned in the document.

I have created the Schema Registry data instance and the create the data set and selected the format custom and given appropriate class and key value pair.

But, when I run the Data Flow where I mentioned the data set, which is used for pushing the data, I am getting the following error.

com.pega.dsm.dnode.api.ExceptionWithInputRecord: com.pega.integration.kafka.exception.AvroSerdeException: org.apache.kafka.common.errors.SerializationException: Error registering Avro schema:

Please let me know if you encounter this issue.

I haven't given the Schema Registry URL properly. Once that is given properly, it worked.
