Not able to view the Rule forms after Pega upgrade from 7.2.1 to 8.3.1
After upgrading from 7.2.1 to 8.3.1 we are Not able to view the Rule forms:
Sections
Harness
Flow Actions
RD's
Not able to view the rule in the standard view:
Skin
Activity
Validate
Also not getting any drop down rules to revalidate ruleset versions & in Admin portal too unable to view sources
We tried cache clear from DB end too but that didn't helped

Hello,
I think I would try a proper restart of the application and then check PegaRULES logs. Anything on your logs when trying to view said rules?

Hi Marc,
I tried reboot couple of times with DB clear cache & temp files, but didn't worked. Its showing nothing in the logs why trying to view section or the rules listed in description. I am just seeing blank screen (PFA attached)

@MarcLasserre_GCS: We are not seeing any issues in Pega Rules log file. Please let us know what can be verified.

Can you check the Network. If there are any JS Errors or Request failures?

I am seeing below network errors in developer tools console when trying to load the rule

Looks like the ruleform is unable to load the required JS files and causing the rule not to open.
If it's an in place upgrade restore it and do a fresh installation to see if it resolves the issue.
Before doing this - Verify if you are getting the same issue by logging in with operator [email protected].

Yes @Abhilashk7565 we are seeing same issue with operator [email protected] too.

The issue is resolved after clearing cache, server files and truncate db cache table. Now we are able to see the sections rules.
