JMeter 5.3 for load testing Pega 8.3.1

Hi All,

Please let me know if anyone has used JMeter 5.3 performance testing tool for load testing Pega 8.3.1 version in lower environment successfully so far.

In our current project, when we tried capturing the network traffic - requests response for Pega 8.3.1 using JMeter 5.3 using JMeter proxy mode, we noticed that we get only HTTP 500 responses only for any transactions other than Launch, Login. Hence we are unable to record our Baseline JMeter script successfully. Also, we were told by our Development team that our Pega 8.3.1 Application in lower environment uses private security certificate for Authentication.

Any help or suggestions on this, will be much appreciated.
