OpenSpan :Create Global Web Page option is not available in the interrogation window

Hi , i am using openspan 8 in windows 10 os.

When i interrogate the ie, not seeing the global webpage option in the interrogation window.

Can you please help.

The option is not part of the dropdown. It should be a checkbox below the dropdown. The screenshot attached hides that area. Is the checkbox missing?

What are you hoping to solve with the Create Global Webpages option? It is usually selected by default.

​I am trying to automate a web app. while traversing from one page to another page, object is not identifying by the tool. So I expect if I start interrogating with global page , issue will be resolved
