@DebapriyaC3594 I don't believe Internet Explorer exists any more, and I don't believe it is available in Windows 11. That is likely why you are getting the attached error. The error means that the command to launch internet explorer was run, but did not produce the IExplore.exe process. On my machine, when I run "iexplore.exe", Edge actually launches. From your screenshot, I don't see Edge or IE running. That message just indicates it waited for "iexplore.exe" and it never appeared. 

If you do have Internet Explorer running on Windows 11, then perhaps it is launched in some virtual way and not directly. Are you intending to automate an application running in Internet Explorer? If you'd prefer to use Chrome or Edge, you'd use the Universal Web Adapter instead of the Web Adapter. The latter is only for automating applications running in Internet Explorer (which has been discontinued by Microsoft and replaced by Edge).

@Deba2512 For your second issue, it appears you are trying to use the Web Adapter to interrogate Chrome. For Chrome or Edge, you should use the Universal Web Adapter. The Web Adapter is only for Internet Explorer (which is no longer supported by Microsoft). The fact that you can't see the "Create Global Web Page" checkbox is irrelevant here since you're using the wrong adapter and it won't work with the Web Adapter.

@DebapriyaC3594 When you receive the timeout message waiting for messaging host, it generally means that the extension hasn't been installed properly or enabled. In your case I see the extension is enabled. If you installed it along with Studio as you indicated, it should be working.

I would verify the following (you can skip steps 1-4 if you restart your machine and do not launch anything after you login before starting with step 5);

1. Close all browser windows.
2. Open Task Manager and select the "Details" tab.
3. Locate and "chrome.exe" or "msedge.exe" processes and end them all.
4. Locate any "OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe" and end them all.
5. Launch Chrome from your desktop or Taskbar as you normally would and navigate to any web page with a URL.
6. Switch back to Task Manager and locate the "OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe" on the "Details" tab.
7. If the process is not coming up, it means there is likely something either blocking it on your machine, or it was not installed properly. If you cannot get an admin to help determine if it is being blocked, you can open a support request and a member of our Customer Support team can meet with you to examine your environment.
8. Repeat steps 5-7 for Edge after closing all Chrome processes, as it will launch a separate "OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe" process.

Calculator isn't really a good Windows application to interrogate. Calc.exe was re-written in Windows 10 and now actually launches another applications called "Calculator". It is more complicated to interrogate and thus, not the standard "test" application any longer. If you just want to test (I am not sure how this works on Windows 11, so look further down if it doesn't), I use Notepad to test with.

A better way is to look in the installation folder under the sub-folder "Extras" and install the CRM application. This is a test EXE we created to allow you to examine various concepts in our training courses.
