OOTB Activity in 7.2 or 7.3 to create Operator IDs ?

Hi,

Is there any OOTB Activity to create operators ID's dynamically during case processing.

Tried searching "AddNewOperatorRecord" and "CreateOperator" both are not available in PEGA 7.2

If any OOTB is not there how can we create operators during runtime?

Hi

I have found "CreateOperator" and "AddNewOperatorRecord" Activities in 7.2.2 and 7.3.1. Which are present in Pega-WB and Pega-ProCom Rulesets. Please find attachments

Hi

The custom activity will have to use the concept of "Model Operators" to create a new Operator.

Its similiar to what we do in LDAP configuration while logging in.

Let me know if you need more details.
