Is there any OOTB Activity that will Create an Operator dynamically in Application.

Hi ReddiPrasad,
For creating new operator id record pega provides default activity called AddNewOperatorRecord. The thing here is when you run the activity it shows Org,Div,Unit errors after filling the form. So you have to include the pyOrganization, pyOrgDiv, pyOrgUnit as params and set the values by using property set method in the activity.

Hi You can use CreateOperator, where you need to pass org,div, unit, username and password needs to send as params to this activity.

Create a step page of 'Data-Admin-Operator-ID' data class with which you can call 'pyDefault' data transform to set the above properties as 'pyOrganization,pyOrgDiv,pyOrgUnit,pyAccessGroup' etc and call the pyDefault in your activity with 'apply-data-transform' method.
