not able to creating new rule set version

Hi All,

We are using 7.3 Pega version. Below are the issue steps:

step 1) Open the ruleset version

step 2) Click + symbol for adding the new rule set version.

step 3) then its displaying the blank pop-up screen.

Please find the attached screenshots.

(Anyway i am creating new rule set version from sysadmin)

There is a hot fix for that issue on 7.3.1. You can open an SR to see if there is an equivalent hot fix for 7.3. Do you also see the blank pop-up when trying to check-i?

I faced the same issue last night.

There were file not found exception in the logs.

File system containing rulemgmt folder was full.

Make some space in the folder then the issue got resolved for us.

Our version was 7.2.2.
