Not able to copy the rules of a Branch rule set to another rule set.
Hi,
I wanted to copy rules from a Branch rule set to another rule set but the Branch rule set is not coming in the "Available Source rule sets list" in the Ruleset copy/merge wizard. But the Branch rule sets are available in the Target Rule set list. Am using Pega 7.1.7.

Correct. Probably they want to us to merge the Branch rule sets using the Merge Branch rule set option only.

Yes. But please note merge branch ruleset can copy the rules only to the ruleset from which it is branched, it cannot be used to copy the rules to any other rulesets.
From the code it looks like, Pega has intentionally removed it from the source list. Check snapshot below. So Copy-Merge ruleset wizard cannot be used for a branch ruleset.
