Branch to Branch rule copy

I have a requirement to move the all rules from one branch of ruleset version RS:01-01-01 to different branch of the same Ruleset but different version RS:01-01-02.

Ho I can do this in bulk?

Ruleset Maintainece utility under the Migrate wizard is not giving me this options.
