Not able to create data table in version 7.1.9

getting message like Data Tables have been replaced by the new local data storage format. Please click 'Convert' on each data table to convert them into the new format. To create storage for a new data type, go to the Data Explorer.

Data tables no longer exist in Pega 7.1.9 and you can not create new ones. Instead, use the new local data storage feature.
