Kindly help me in identifying a Rule Set version in PRPC 7.x versions. Thanks

Ruleset version can be identified by clicking on 'Open application' under application ruleset.

adding to the above comment you can also check the ruleset stack to have broader look to all the ruleset present or also through operator profile.

Hi,
The rule 'Ruleset Version', has been removed in Pega 7. You can just open the ruleset and view the available ruleset versions of the ruleset.
The rulesets and the versions are maintained in a single rule form.
As in Pega 6x, the 'Versions' tab of the Ruleset ruleform holds the list of all the ruleset versions for that particular ruleset.
