Regarding Pega Upgrade With In Version 7
Hello,
We are planning to upgrade the Pega PRPC from 7.1.7 to 7.1.9.
My question is can we do it or is there a restriction to do the upgrade one dot at a time?
What I mean is are we supposed to do the upgrade from 7.1.7 to 7.1.8, release it and then start upgrading 7.1.8 to 7.1.9.
Is there any such restriction (one dot at a time) or there is no such restriction and we can upgrade directly from 7.1.7 to 7.1.9?
Please clarify?

Hi Giri,
Moving from one version of Pega to another doesn't need to be done sequentially, meaning you should be able to go from 7.1.7 to 7.1.9.
When moving from one version of Pega 7.1.x to another, such as your post suggests we refer to that as an update, rather than an upgrade. Updates are typically smaller media packages, as they are not full product releases and only contain the cumulative changes since Pega 7.1.0.
