Need the steps to create a desktop shortcut correctly

Hi, I followed the steps suggested in this post and created a desktop shortcut.when the shortcut is clicked, the agiledesktop shows up without the buttons as the attached screen shot.(I have installed OpenSpan studio only not the runtime using OpenSpanRuntimeEntSetup.exe)

Can anybody provide me the steps to create a desktop shortcut correctly?

In the shortcut the target I gave is:"C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015\OpenSpan.AgileDesktop.exe" Project:"C:\Users\Asirig\Documents\Pega Robotics Studio\Projects\RPAdemoDMSone - Before debugging the wired message - Copy\RPAdemoDMSone.OpenSpan"

And

Start in:"C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015"

Try this

C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015\OpenSpan.AgileDesktop.exe" Project="C:\Users\Asirig\Documents\Pega Robotics Studio\Projects\RPAdemoDMSone - Before debugging the wired message - Copy\RPAdemoDMSone.OpenSpan"

I beleive it should be "Project=" and not "Project:"
