How to add shortcut for creating a case by using shortcut keys

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to keep Shortcut key for creating or initiating a case every time when an end user wants.

I found the below URL and tried to keep the same as mentioned but no luck.https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/user-interface/adding-shortcut-keys-harness-buttons

Please let me know if there is any work around.
