Shortcut key for Items available in Action button?

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to keep Shortcut key for each item available under Action button.

I found the below URL and tried to keep the same as mentioned but no luck.

Did you make sure your field value was getting picked up properly? Ensure that is working first, then try adding the shortcut key.

We need to know first if this is a field value/localization/rule resolution problem, or if this is some limitation with the shortcut key trick that has changed between releases.
