Agile desktop customization

How to add textboxes, radio buttons or check boxes in agile desktop ? If yes, how to use those values given in them in automations ??

Agile desktop is for displaying information only. If you want to create a UI with other controls, you simply add a Windows Form to your project and add those controls to it (and then show it from Agile Desktop). There is a method you can use to skin the forms to resemble the Agile Desktop UI, however I do not know it off of the top of my head.
